Huge inventory and very helpful service
Be careful buying online! If the product is defective you won’t get a refund. I was super disappointed buying replacement keys for a roof bin that nearly broke my lock system with how poorly they were cut.
Great to work. We purchased a rack for our Subaru Forester. Had a few questions with the DIY install which they quickly resolved at their North side store. No pressure shopping with solid advice on my needs.
Purchased a trunk rack and asked for assistance with installation the first time but was told “we don’t really do that” despite website stating “our rack technicians assemble and install all sorts of unique racks at our two store locations”. Alright then. So I do manage to install it on my own only to discover I need a tube frame adapter for both of my bikes. Why wasn’t this suggested as a possibility at point of purchase? The staff here are excellent, they are very personable and know their stuff. I was having difficulties finding the right rack and Kayak carriers for my vehicle since it is a little older. They were able to find me every thing I needed and installed it for me right there. They did an excellent job and where very fast.
