Mr. Rackley is very knowledgeable of his business and very honest. He told us the truth of the matter right away and recommended solution. He was prompt arriving and took care of business efficiently. He is polite and straight forward, we appreciated him for that.
Great job and normally fast to arrive. Old man not too polite but others very nice.
