Very professional doctor.
So very disappointed with this dr. I recommend/referred a severe and complicated case of IC to him after seeing he was recommended by the ICA. The patient is desperate for help. Her son- also desperate to help her- came in town for this appt. Dr. Rackley canceled seeing her and scheduled her with a NP who offered no help and suggested she go back to a previous dr. I deeply regret recommending him.
This man started asking me bizarre questions during the appointment that had nothing to do with my concern, nor were medically related, with equally odd and outlandish commentary that was also irrelevant. I was stunned and irritated that I had wasted my time going to see him. He helped little to none with my urological matter. I couldn't wait to leave.
Dr Rackley is the only Dr that I have seen for my IC that has given me hope that I can manage my pain. Not only is he very caring but makes you feel like you matter. I love going to see him he listens when other Dr's dismissed my questions and thoughts I would highly recommend him
