Amelia went above and beyond for us. She was so kind and warm while helping us choose my fiancé’s wedding band. It made the whole experience feel special. She even went the extra mile by cleaning my engagement ring and trimming my nose ring to a better size. Neither my ring nor the nose ring was purchased from RR, so I definitely wasn’t expecting that level of care! We’re so pleased with our experience and can’t wait to come back in a few weeks to pick up the ring.
