Our journey started in 1956 with the opening of Skyline Sports in North Vancouver, a family run general sporting goods store selling everything from fishing equipment to car racks. The guys at Rack Stop sorted me out yesterday with exactly what I needed. Super quick, super professional and super friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Updating this to say that I came in this weekend to get a fit kit for some used Thule roof bars, and not only did they have what I needed, they offered to fit the bars for me, no charge. These guys are absolute professionals, and I have one of the best retail experiences every time I go in there.

Friendly, efficient, and super knowledgeable—these guys make sure you leave with exactly what you need and feel confident about it. Highly recommended if you're looking for high-quality racks and professional service.
Very happy with my experience here. Nice family run business. The owner went out of his way to help me with my complicated situation. I needed to install an awning on a very old van with a plexiglass roof which made it a tricky one. He pointed me in the direction of a steel fabrication shop to make up custom brackets and the next day he even told me he had a better option awning. Overall it was a nice experience and I felt very taken care of.
Fergus at Rack Stop expertly installed my existing roof rack and kayak saddles on my new car, took the time to show me how all the parts went together should I decide to take the rack off by myself in the future, and showed me how I could upgrade the existing rack if I decide to add a loading system. Fergus was very generous with his time and the rest of the shop has a friendly and accommodating vibe. A 5 star experience all 'round - couldn't have been better!!
