The customer service at Rack Attack is incredible! The staff are very knowledgeable but are not aggressively trying to sell you something you don’t want or need. The whole experience of buying a rack and a kayak lift assist was made super easy and convenient!
They have all the accessories you need for your Thule or Yakima rack systems (as well as an incredible inventory of carriers, etc). I was able to purchase a key for my rack which was incredibly convenient. Thank you!
