I'm not a huge BBQ person but oh my goodness.......so good, I'm a huge fan. We tried the twinkle, ribs, brisket , cornbread, sausage , and banana Pudding. Can't wait till ya'll come back to visalia again.😋😊

I was at Salty Walrus brewery in Visalia, and Rack Rubbers was there. I had the pork belly burnt ends, and bbq brisket baked beans and oxen tail. It was some of the best bbq I've ever had.

Yes. The answer with these folks is always yes. This food hits the soul and takes no prisoners. I haven't had BBQ beans this good in years. The tri tip sandwich with the golden sauce is unreal. The mac and cheese is divine. The beans should come with a warning label. The cornbread is worth doing crimes for. This food is what you want at EVERY celebration, major or minor. So yes. You want this BBQ.

Unbelievable. Unreal. I barely have words. As an over-the-road truck driver, ive had BBQ in most of the country. Today, the Rack Rubber BBQ vendor was at Tap Yard for their anniversary. This is, was, and will be some of the best BBQ i've ever had. As a California Native I am so happy that I got to experience this food. Thank you.
