Got the ebike carrier. It is a quality bit of gear that is very stable and does a great job of securing the ebike. I have the flightrisk 777 ebike which is very heavy due to dual motors. The rack and bike were very stable with no movement giving a lot of confidence when driving offroad.
I've been waiting 3 weeks since placing and paying for order but no delivery yet, and no feedback from supplier or their carrier. Way too long and still no confirmed delivery date. I just received an email from the manufacturer who said Its not his problem and he really doesn't give a shit. Wow! Not a great way to run an online business. Very disappointed.
WOW AMAZING BUILT QUALITY I've come across a few companies and Rack n Roll stood out! The quality of the rack system is fantastic, as was the absolutely amazing customer service from Leeroy with an absolute wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship you can see he takes pride in his work. I think it's awesome that he has a You tube support channel from putting the rack together to how to load the bike. I'm happy to support the Australian manufacturing company. Highly recommended and would not purchase anywhere else. Five stars!!!
