I've been waiting 3 weeks since placing and paying for order but no delivery yet, and no feedback from supplier or their carrier. Way too long and still no confirmed delivery date. I just received an email from the manufacturer who said Its not his problem and he really doesn't give a shit. Wow! Not a great way to run an online business. Very disappointed.
WOW AMAZING BUILT QUALITY I've come across a few companies and Rack n Roll stood out! The quality of the rack system is fantastic, as was the absolutely amazing customer service from Leeroy with an absolute wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship you can see he takes pride in his work. I think it's awesome that he has a You tube support channel from putting the rack together to how to load the bike. I'm happy to support the Australian manufacturing company. Highly recommended and would not purchase anywhere else. Five stars!!!

Quality work by good tradies.. reasonable price
Australian made quality that really shows! Great to deal with, and can tailor rack with required extension to allow for 4x4s with rear tyre carriers. Highly recommend to anyone who (like me) got nervous at the idea of hauling my pride and joy around on some cheap imported flimsy generic rack. Buy once, buy quality, buy piece of mind.
