I placed a couple of what I'm sure were small orders from them. Nevertheless, Erica treated me as if I was spending a million dollars. lol We needed shelving to store our customer's clean rugs on. Erica was very pleasant, helpful & prompt in getting me an estimate with a full illustration of what the units would look like. It was a seamless process. I highly recommend them!

One of your trucks with plate CS78598 tried to run me off the road on Towne lake. If your drivers are not meant to respect the rules of the road, then certainly your company is not worth it.

We have worked with Dan and his team at Rackmen multiple times. The team is very professional and so nice to work with on-site! I have complete trust in them getting the job done well and in a timely manner. They do an amazing job! I'm grateful that I have been able to work with them.

This is my second purchase using Rack Men for racking at my shop. Great deals especially on used equipment. Very knowledgeable of materials, assembly and installation. Erica made the buying process easy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient being that I had many questions. The gentleman that loaded my truck was very professional and thorough. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase these tires of products. Great experience.
