I lost keys to my Thule storage rack and stopped in to get some ordered. I didn’t grab the associates name but he ended up having extras and just gave me a pair. He didn’t know this but I had recently ordered keys through them and ended up ordering the wrong keys. My fault, not theirs. I was already returning to give them business but after today, I had to give them a review, as well

I purchased a new Thule cargo box from Blake at the Phoenix location and I was super impressed. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, Blake and his coworker made the purchase and install easy and quick and they were also able to order an accessory I was looking for. Definitely glad I shopped there over another Thule vendor! I’ll be continuing to patronize Rack Attack for their knowledge and service!
