Paid for my products in December had them installed a bit later waiting for items to come in. Guy that was from another store but in charge told me the yamika streamline & timberland crossbars would hold my roofnest falcon 3 evo rooftop tent as well as kayak. So had that all purchased around $600 and installed. He sold me the wrong kayak holder another $290+/- for the roofnest channel crossbars plus I was informed by the actual manager that it could not hold the kayak. I bought a roof rack and Thule car top carrier. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I got what I needed and it was installed quickly. Great experience.

I have been in the store several times and every time I am treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. I am welcomed in and treated like family. I came in with some very unique questions in regards to my vehicle, and the staff not only helped me answer them, but for the questions they did not have answers to right away. They pointed me to the correct expert who could help me. I completely recommend the Shop to everybody who needs a rack or any type of Overland and cargo equipment for their vehicle
