Great selection and very helpful staff. We worked with Eli and he provided some great information and then helped us with our rooftop tent purchase. Very pleased with the experience.
A huge shout-out to Blake at Rack Attack on 32nd in Phoenix for making the whole process so easy. After online research and going into a few shops, we walked in with so many questions and went back and forth trying to narrow down exactly what we wanted, and he was patient and helpful through all of it. He called me as soon as everything came in, loaded the heavy boxes into my car, and then, two hours later, when we were attempting the install ourselves (even though the shop does offer install appointments) and hit a snag, I ... read more
Went in for a rooftop cargo carrier and rails. They had exactly what I needed in stock and installed it quickly. Eli was very helpful and was able to answer every question I had. Will shop here again.
