I had a hitch installed on my 2020 WRX. It’s had a vibration/rattle unfortunately since install. I brought it back and Blake and his team provided great service to try and fix it along with spending a lot of time explaining what was going on. Unfortunately the vibration didn’t totally go away, and think I’m stuck with it. I wanted to post a review so you can share with your teams as I would have liked to know this after spending $500.
I lost keys to my Thule storage rack and stopped in to get some ordered. I didn’t grab the associates name but he ended up having extras and just gave me a pair. He didn’t know this but I had recently ordered keys through them and ended up ordering the wrong keys. My fault, not theirs. I was already returning to give them business but after today, I had to give them a review, as well

Blake and Eli did an amazing job with a very difficult install. They are outside of the box thinkers that worked thru product specific issues to make sure the installation was perfect. Thanks again for doing the job right !!
