Ordered an item on sale they advertised on their website. Waited 2.5 months and still not in stock. Each phone call or email I placed would result in a different eta. Why would you advertise an item on sale that you don't have in stock??? Got tired of waiting and canceled my order. What a waste of time. First and last time dealing with this vendor.
Liam in the Pasadena store did a great job finding me a roof rack system for my car. It was very straight forward to install and is very quiet (no road noise).
The team at Rack Attack are knowledgeable and very accommodating. The were very helpful not only in helping me pick the right bike rack but also with the installation. Highly recommend them.

I got my rails and cross bars done on BMW sedan, it was an amazing experience, perfectly done job; service was outstanding by Liam and Alex, they gave me an amazing deal absolutely worth the money. Keep up the good work.
