Very nice place and very nice people and products
I had an amazing experience at Rack Attack Pasadena while looking for a rack for our e-bikes. Hector was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely focused on helping us. He took the time to explain all the options, made sure we fully understood them, and helped us choose the best rack for our needs. Liam and Bianca (assistant manager) were also very helpful. Overall, an excellent store with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing experience with Hector when buying our Thule roof rack at their Pasadena location! He was super helpful while purchasing and taught us how to install the box. This is a great company… highly recommend.
