These guys are great, Brian was super knowledgeable and helpful! I was having issues with my Yakima roof rack and thought I was going to have to replace them. It was easy to make an appointment, they were able to assess it and get it fixed quickly!
I recently visited the Pasadena store, and Cameron was extremely helpful. Because my Honda HR-V is a European model, the base clips previously suggested by Yakima didn’t end up fitting. Cameron spent a lot of time researching alternatives. When the system couldn't give us a clear answer, he took the initiative to manually test different base clips until he found the exact fit. They are awesome! Was a pleasant experience getting my drill down roof rack and cross bars installed -- they were very helpful and patient with us through the entire process. I also had to go in for a repair just recently and they took care of me quick and easy!
Super helpful, awesome service. Came in to by a roof rack and storage box and they installed it for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend them!!
