After a frustrating experience with another company that sold me an outdated/unsupported part, I came to Rack Attack hoping they could help. The employees were fantastic—they took the time to understand my situation, correctly identified the part I actually needed, and made sure I left with the right equipment. I am a solo female hiker/camper. The guys had the patience of saints in their instructions & teaching me to put my RoofNest tent away properly. It was a steep learning curve, but they gave me back faith in myself to be self-sufficient for which I am grateful. Entire staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Gabe in particular, went out of his way to be helpful and demonstrated how to use the racks.
Absolutely awesome experience. Called to put in an order for a Yakima system, but had questions about its compatibility with my older car. They helped me verify that the parts I was shopping for would suit my vehicle. Genuine 5-star experiences are rare, I never write reviews, but wow! Super great. Thanks, everyone!
