Rack attack is great if you buy online. But they should clean house of all staff at this location. Ordered a crossbars, a cargo box and cores from Rack Attack online and was directed to pick up my box in King of Prussia so I would have it before xmas. I received a 4-pack of cores but needed 6. Rack Attack showed the 6-pack in stock at King of Prussia. So I go to pick up the box and core set. First, the employee tells me I cannot replace the cores on the rack and box so that they all match.
