I’d been struggling to get some old Yakima bars on my roof. I stopped in at rack attack, and the gentleman at the desk solved my problem in five minutes, swapping out key cores. He didn’t even charge me anything. I would give him six stars if I could!
Excellent service. It's a small crew that runs the shop, but they're all straight forward and knowledgeable in their work. They worked with me when the rack didn't quite fit my jeep to make sure I got what I needed. 10 out of 10.

Zeb was a great help Mother’s Day afternoon! We came down from Wyoming because the previous owner of our rig had lost the keys to the Yakima roof rack. He found us the right key, got us hooked up with a Kayak cradle kit, and found us an end cap and additional strap. He definitely knew what he was doing and was super pleasant as he did. Thanks! Will certainly be back if we need something else.
