This company has been a complete joke from ordering to them attempting to install. The counter guy needs more training. Not only could he not order the awning I was after from their OWN WEBSITE but then we go in for install after ordering on my own to be told it won’t work. Waste of time and money. Should have been a sign when I ordered online and got a receipt for one price to then get another email with a completely different price. Completely disappointed, maybe stick to racks and that’s all.
Really prompt with the order. But they left our vehicle unlocked in the parking lot. When I called to ask, the manager argued with me about this and how it was ok because it was "less than 10 minutes". Just thought others should know that they don't take care of your vehicle that much while in their care.
Thank you, Rack attack! Y'all saved us from a possible highway speed roof rack disaster! We bought a used car with a Yakima rack system as a highlight. We are taking a road trip to a funeral with our kids and so I bought a used Yakima box to make this possible.
