Nick was fantastic to work with! I placed an order online before the store opened and Nick called me right when they opened to say they had my order ready, which was great because the item I ordered was in low stock. When I had questions on the product Nick gave fantastic recommendations and was such a joy to work with. I will be coming back!

After visiting Rack Attack for the first time at the beginning of the summer, based on a recommendation by Mack's Bike Shop in Evanston, for a hitch-mounted bike rack, I was very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff.
