Needed a hitch installed on my Ford Edge to carry a bike rack. Dave was extremely helpful and ordered the proper unit. It came in about a week later and Ben called to make an installation appointment. Set that up, dropped it off and as was told, installation was completed in a little less than two hours. All in all a very satisfactory transaction and experience. Highly recommend.
