My Yakima rack handles stripped out while on vacation, and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in getting the box open, and re-riveting the latches for a safe travel home until I could get it repaired. Awesome store and group!

Ben and the whole team at Rack Attack are 10/10. Super knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful. I called ahead to ask about a roof rack and Ben had it out and ready when I got to the store. He also checked my rack for me after I installed it to make sure it was good to go. Amazing store, highly recommend for any roof rack needs.
