I bought a Kuat rack online and I could not get it out of the hitch. I did not buy the rack through Rack Attack but went in to see if they could help me figure out what the problem was. The guy that greeted me in the store was very helpful and kind. They figured out what the problem was and took the rack off for me and showed me how to get it off in the future. Selection is very limited and both times I have been in to the store I have known more than the staff. They just get online and ask me to look things up with them.
Staff is absolutely incredible to work with! Their product knowledge is unmatched making it a breeze to work with them. Not to mention their customer service is second to none. :)
I don’t write many reviews, but Rack Attack Boise absolutely earned this one. I was in the middle of switching a Yakima rack from one vehicle to another and needed some very specific parts.
