Thank you Randy and crew at Rack attack for installing my new Yakima kayak racks. And then reinstalling them when I took them off incorrectly. (No judgement! I watched a video. ). Both times was an amazing experience. The crew is so friendly and helpful, even when they had to fix what I did. I will be back when the season ends and I will have them take off the racks. Thanks guys!!
Rack Attack Boise is awesome! ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ They listened to our goals and installed a RetraxPro XR bed cover, a Yakima Overhaul HD/MOLLE rack, and Jay Low kayak mounts on our 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. They did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Randy and the rest of the Rack Attack Boise team!
Ordered some rack and rails and they said they could have it in a week for install. After a week I followed up with them and they said we will have it in two days. Didn’t hear back from them so I called again. Said they would have it tomorrow or the next day. Two days go by and I don’t hear from them again. I call again and they tell me it will for sure be here by Friday. Come in Saturday morning and we will get it installed. Happened to be a really inconvenient time for me but I made arrangements for someone else to take me... read more
