Randy and Rachel were AWESOME. I came in with a roof rack from my car’s previous owner that I couldn’t get off. They were more than happy to help, got it off quickly, and helped me secure a new quote for installing a hitch. Really appreciated their excellent customer service and can-do approach. I ordered a truck bed cover for my husband in December and with it being winter he hadn’t tried to put it on until just last week and it didn’t fit. I ordered the wrong size and was very worried that they wouldn’t work with us, but to my surprise they handled it. I’m very happy with the service I received when I originally ordered it and with the service I got with needing to exchange it months later. I will definitely be recommending this business!!
