ordered a helmet the packaging was just horrible NOT to mention they sent me the wrong size helmet and it was all scratched up
I worked with a set of shocks for a Polaris hoping for improved handling, but the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. This was honestly a terrible experience. I ordered a set of light pods from Racing PowerSports and it’s been issue after issue. When I opened the box, the wiring wasn’t even included. That’s kind of the whole point… you can’t install or use them without it. So right away I’m stuck having to go buy extra parts just to make something work that should’ve been complete in the first place. Did a job recently involving this company and got to say it was excruciating tryin to reach there customer service department god forbid they answer there phone Kevin is a joke of an employee i bet a 3 year old with a play phone would get back to me sooner. the last time i ever order parts or recommend there company for anything. only good for ruining your day or month based on there reply time. only reason they got any stars is because i cant put zero.
