When a Custoemr drive all the way to have a chat with the mechanic “ who has a great reputation “ in regards to a car he wants to bring down to then and customer just want to talk to him before bring the car in, I think it’s just disrespectful from the customer service to say “ he is busy now, and that’s it, means you are not welcomed here.
