After you charged us to break our locks, you said you were giving us a refund. You didn’t. Good thing apex gave us a deal since we were swindled. This guy had inadequate tools and inadequate skills.

DO NOT call this business, they prey on your vulnerability and the fact you are locked out of your house. I was charged 3 times the amount that is stated on the website. Zach literally opened by door in 2 seconds and asked me to put a review up that he could get in so quick. I was very confused if it was so easy why I was being so overcharged.
