I'm giving a 3 star just because I felt I was rushed. I went in a purchased a used vehicle. Had my own financing and check in hand. Got a GOLD certified Toyota. With warranty from Toyota. However I recieved no paperwork from the dealer about the 7 year 100k mile warranty. Asked for it and they said it would be in the mail....? Okay. I don’t usually go to this location to have my car serviced since I didn’t purchase my Toyota at this dealer, but my boyfriend did buy here and he likes the waiting area and the easy, fast, and courteous service, so we decided to just have both our cars done at the same time (we both needed an oil change).
