I'm aware host fell from grace some years back. They struggled during this time. It's my understanding that the business was sold in 2021 to a real go getter who has really tackled some of the problems left behind by the previous owners. They are up and running again and have made major improvements. I find both host machines and products to be well made and effective. It's amazing. Best product out there. Best part is no water and no wicking back. I own products and the machine and had a business doing this until I had a trauma car accident.
