Would be nice if the people who work their would answer the phone. To far just to drive out there with a car full of kids to be told that the pool is still down for maintenance. Could update in the app or on the website Atleast.
This place is dirty and have mold in the showers . Machines upstairs are down with signs on them for years . Aquacise equipment are old and falling apart . They have been told about the equipments , and they just don't care . Can never get a good instructor for the aquasize classes or the instructor doesn't show up or and if they do they show up late then the classes as not the normal workout time . I went here when I was a baby broooooo
The pool supervisor was extremely rude. I pay to much money a month to have the same rudeness over and over again from the woman supervisor who ASSUMED my child was 6 and not 8 pretty much got the attitude like I was lying . I cancelled my plan and will not be returning
