You simply cannot find a better bike shop. I've purchased a new road bike, had a fitting, and service at this shop, and every experience has been outstanding. They go above and beyond to get you back on the road, and they are always pleasant to deal with.

This is true customer service in action! I went there looking for an upright bike after riding an recumbent. Ben spent so much time with me, while never pushing any bike on me. Even after spending few hours there, and then coming back the next day to test ride some more, Ben remained very patient. And what was even more impressive was his bike choices for me weren't the most expensive bikes available. They did a phenomenal job helping me find the right bike. This was my first time buying a road bike so they walked me through all of the steps from sizing and seat position to what I should look for in components. I have been extremely satisfied with the entire experience and their customer service and friendliness is great! I couldn't walk more than 15 feet into the store without someone asking me if I needed help with anything.
