They are not for the citizens of Racine at all especially ones that are trying to run a business!
I carry a trauma medical kit and commend the city for having a program to distribute Narcan which I have added to the kit. Knowing one young person who died from a heroin overdose and having seen others who've needed immediate medical attention or they would have died has me convinced this is worth the effort to learn how to administer and carry.
