I just spoke with the customer service representative at this office and had the worst experience ever. He did not listen well, accused me of lying, and hung up the phone on me as I was trying to clear the misunderstanding. It’s not bad enough that we are trying to work through our immigration issue and we still have to treated like this by those who should help us. You might want to do something about this toxic individual you have answering the phone and talking to customers.
