I've been seeing Dr. Garg for years and have dealt with the same issues for just as long. If you call her office it's most likely that your phone calls will go unanswered and their text messaging system isn't reliable either. My father is on blood pressure medication and they have failed to call him back about his refill after he called them multiple times within the same day. He ended up having to go into the office to get his refill because her incompetent staff failed to realize that my father only takes ONE type of blood... read more
Fast and friendly service very up-to-date. Doctor Garg Is a very good Doctor and she knows her stuff.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Garg for 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier. No complaints. I really feel cared for as her patient. I highly recommend.
While on the surface Dr. Garg is always smiling and seemingly nice and friendly underneath that facade is a not so nice reality. The way she manages her practice is going to end up getting someone killed someday! She talks a good game while you are in her office but doesn't follow up on anything. She doesn't manage her staff and they are as incompetent as she is.
