In response to the 2 negative google reviews (who are related to each other) (one of which was not even a patient at this office) - this was simply a disgruntled individual with no legitimate basis for their complaint. This appears to be their mo regarding a way to get out of paying for services provided. in 28 years of business we have never had a complaint with any patient of the medical society, or the NY State Licensing department. Dr. Rachlin is extremely thorough, insightful and has a wealth of knowledge about vitamins, nutrition and holistic health. He spent a lot of time going over my history and blood work along with a diet/nutrition and vitamin plan tailored for me. Highly recommend him.
My fiancee sought out dr Rachlin as she was looking for a more naturopathic approach to addressing some small issues. On her first visit she was told she needed and extensive ultrasound procedure done (he aimlessly prescribed this without any knowledge of her medical history). She informed him that she was an ultrasound tech amd could easily have the test done for free without billing insurance.
