Was supposed to have an appointment today. I had booked it but apparently she never confirmed and said no. I had booked this appointment in advanced and it still showed as a booking on the website. The doors were locked and she didn’t answer my phone and didn’t really aknowledge me when I found my way in. She always has “things” going on and running late and expects the client to run on her time or to know she’ll be late or in today’s case expect me to know she was double booked. I loved getting my hair and eyebrows done by Rachel! She is so fun to be around and very talented and passionate about her work! She gave me bangs and I love them so much. She’s a sweet person who loves to help people feel confident
Great first experience, she made me laugh have fun, connect over hair and styling. The only place I've found in Laramie where you can get an alternative style, out of the ordinary cookie cutter. Had a color correction, growth of pixie cut and style revamp! Love her
