I've been using Rachel for 20 years. I read the previous post and felt compelled to reply. Rachel is professional, knowledgeable, and has provided me great service. I do not know why the previous writer got a letter from the IRS, but Rachel will only report information the the tax payer provides her. If the information is incorrect, or inaccurate, then it is not Rachel's fault if it red flags the IRS.
