Rachel's Place The staff is very nice & knowledgeable. They put together some beautiful outfits. They are very helpful & friendly..Their prices are right. I would recommend them very highly. They are in the festival on sample road. On weekends the parking is a little tough but you can find parking. It may take awhile. enjoy shopping
