Closed by 7 is really disappointing. Love this spot but closes too early for us to make it there.
So frustrating not my first issue at this Getzville location- forgotten dressing, brown lettuce, moldy american cheese to name a couple things that have happened. Unfortunately we had been waiting for couple years for Niagara Falls Boulevard /East Robinson location to open near Delta Sonic because it is closer to us but after reading that Rachel’s is being sued for non payment I don’t think that will be happening any time soon. You can't go wrong with Rachel's. This location is super clean, food is very fresh,and staff is very friendly. The setup is similar to chipotle, where you can purchase their recommended entrees or you can build your own.
