I ordered delivery from their website on Saturday June 8th at 5:15 pm and the website said that my order would show up at 5:55 pm to my location. I paid a $3 delivery fee and a tip of $3.88. I called them at 6:50 pm asking when my food would be arriving and they said it was there waiting for me to pick up??? I said I ordered delivery on their website and they said they only do it through Door Dash?? I said “But I ordered on your website?”. I've been to this location twice, with both times having issues. The first time, I ordered online and upon arrival they said they never received my order. That's fine, no big deal. The second time, I ordered online and upon arrival the doors were locked. There was clearly someone inside and they never turned to look at the people knocking. This was about 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my money back....
My roommate and I walked in looking to try this since we were both in the mood for some Mediterranean food and opted to go here over the Mediterranean place around the corner. Between the two of us I think we took 4 bites total of food before throwing it out. My gyro wrap had almost no taste -- mostly it felt like a combination of stale pita with no hint of the Tzatziki or Gyro meat or "sauteed" onions at all.
I have gone there a total of 3 times and EVERY time there is something that turns me away and I end up not purchasing anything. I love Mediterranean food so I want to try it but this is what happened. When I walk in then personnel are not friendly. When I ask questions they seem irritated that you are asking. So that is a turn off. The second and third time I went the food in the bins was dried out and looked like leftovers.
