It's always a pleasure shopping at Rachel's! I've been there several times over the last few months to have some of my jewelry altered, buy collectables, and look for one-of-a-kind gifts. She and her co-worker are professional and knowledgeable about their products. I especially appreciate Rachel's masterful gold-working skills and suggestions for alterations. Public service was horrendous. Owner kicked my boyfriend out bc he “looked sketchy”. Keep in mind he quite literally had on Nikes, shorts and a hoodie. And was helping me look at rings but the second he stepped away to look at old video games she accused him of shoplifting (a 4 dollar ring mind you). He offered to let her search him and assured he had no reason to steal a woman’s ring. We will never go back and I do not recommend going here. She shows blatant sexism and discrimination.
