I was in there for the first time last Friday, September 11. I tried on a pair of pants and really liked them but didn't end up purchasing them that day. After getting home and thinking about it, I decided I did want them so I called the store on Monday. I got a recording so I left a message asking for a return call and letting them know what I was calling about. I called again on Tuesday leaving the same message. What a great experience I had at Rachel’s Grove. The shop is adorable and there is a great selection of clothing and accessories. You can shop for classic selections as well as whimsical and fun choices. Rachel was helpful without hovering and also VERY patient with me. My entire visit was pleasant and ended with me purchasing an adorable patterned dress of blue lines and pink elephants that actually looks elegant. Elegant elephants! I never would have thought.
Best store ever. I wear clothes from RG and get nonstop compliments.
I could not have asked for a better shopping experience today. I found a beautiful gift and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Rachel!
