I stopped by to get an estimate on a door and rear view mirror repair. Looked to me like the door needed painting and the mirror had to be replaced. Russel Robinson came out to give me a written estimate. He said let me see if I can save you some money. His employees cleaned and buffed the door and it looked like new. They also reset the mirror and it worked fine. When I went to pay they said to pay what I wanted. He really did save me money. Rachels Collison is the only place I ever let touch my car. I am using them now. Last time, they did an amazing and quick job. They will tell you how long and have great service. Nice personalities and cool people. They will give you what you need.
Three days before the end of our vacation in Florida, our car was backed into while we were stopped. The damage was not extensive, but it was enough to require some work. We didn't have enough time to leave the car at a shop but did want to see what our options were. We passed Rachel's and stopped in. The owner looked at the car and suggested doing some quick repairs to at least improve the appearance. He called out two different specialists from his garage. Had done something really stupid and scratched my mom's new car with a screwdriver. I felt horrible. Went to Rachel's because they were open on Saturday. They took care of the scratch in less than 6 hours. They had to repaint a panel, not just touch up. Looked like new when they were done. Cannot thank Russell and his staff enough for excellent service.
