Didnt show up!! Then lied about it and hollered at me when I called to inquire as to why they didn't show up to an elderly persons appt that they scheduled. So unprofessional and ignorant.
They did a wonderful deep clean on my Uncle's little house 💜
BEWARE .... I hired this lady to do cleaning services IN SYDNEY MINES ... She did not forward a bill after each Cleaning causing me some concern; When she finally did submit a bill, it was much higher than anticipated!! It is advisable that you get a firm price from her if you are to hire her or her team!
Poor communication told me they would be there for the quote at a certain time and never showed up. No message no phone call. And the quote was outrageous! 200-250 for an hour of work, with no explanation why so high. Wasn't asking for a deep clean, needed someone to do dusting, floors (vacuuming and scrubbing) and one very small bathroom. Only rooms needed done was a kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and a tiny hallway. When I asked why the high quote this is the attitude I got.
Thank you Rachel, for making a difficult challenge easy for us. Rachel and her crew spent a long day in a house that had not been cleaned for literally decades, and left it shining and clean throughout. It felt like a little miracle. We will always be glad we chose Rachel's Cleaning and Property Maintenance Services to do the job.
