Rach has been looking after all my beauty needs for over 10 years. She is an absolute professional and I cannot recommend her highly enough. No matter what treatment I am having I always feels so relaxed and refreshed. She's wonderful to talk to and always listens with genuine care. It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars
