I visited for a walk-in trim yesterday and left very disappointed. I was told they could fit me in, but the stylist seemed judgmental and rushed the entire process. Despite their website listing a wash, massage, and style, I was just sat down and had my hair straightened with no heat protectant and trimmed dry. I also noticed the tools weren't cleaned or swapped from the previous client.
