Rachelle Sims is excellent! She knew immediately the cause behind the rash I had, and listened to the details I provided her. Instantly she came up with a plan of action. I hope I will see her on return visits, she is kind and considerate. The walk-in clinic is convenient, thanks Heartland Health!
