Rachelle is really nice she listens to her patients if I can't be seen by my regular doctor I will ask specifically for her or Laura . Give them a try the next time you need to be seen.
I am so happy with the care I receive at Heartland Health and Rachelle Sims. Always on time with is very important to me and very concerned about my health and wellbeing.
Rachelle is literally the best. She always makes me feel heard and understood. She remembers me from previous appointments which is always nice. She always works with what I can afford at the time and gets me all the information and offers resources also. I wish she could be my primary!!
