I have been a patient at this facility for years, however it has made strides in the last several months! The customer service has improved so much, from telephone calls, to prescription refills, just everything! The CHANGE has been so good! Thank you!
I had such a great experience at this office from start to finish. The entire team made me feel genuinely heard, seen, and taken care of, which is so important and honestly not always easy to find. The office itself is beautiful. it is very updated, modern, and welcoming. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed to make patients comfortable. Danielle was absolutely amazing. Been a patient there long before the new facility, of where it’s at now, was even a thought! So, I can WHOLEHEARTEDLY say….yesterday 03-10-2026 was the most comfortable, most welcoming, most delightful experience EVER. It’s AMAZING first upon calling to NOT feel like a burden, but warmly greeted with compassion…THEN walking into a pleasant new SMILING face! Both nurses I had put me at ease & were thorough. Jodi Dodson, my provider, made me feel super comfortable and heard!
