Not a fan...perhaps the fact MS Padilla has close to 3000 patients is why nobody gets or will ever have primary care.. like they use to provide 20 years ago. just know as a patient, medecine, today, is a volume business and nothing will ever reflect this more than Dr Padilla. her level of medicine or lack thereof is unfortunately the new UCLA health regime.
