I have been seeing Rachel since the end of September 2024 and all I can say is acupuncture has been life changing for me. Rachel’s treatments have immensely improved my menstrual cycle, hormones, sleep and anxiety, and I am such a better version of myself since starting acupuncture. Rachel has a very calming nature and instantly puts you at ease, plus her treatment space makes you feel so relaxed. I would highly recommend to anyone who has been thinking about trying this treatment!

Dr Rachel helped me tremendously to relieve migraines and regularise a number of other health symptoms. Not only is she knowledgeable, but her care and gentle manner provided me comfort and safety, as well as relief, during my acupuncture and moxibustion sessions. In addition, I will be forever thankful to her for being the first health practitioner to make me feel seen and heard. I would 100% highly recommend her!
