I had a significant hamstring tendon injury, that just wouldn't heal . I had 4 or 5 sessions with Rachel and now I'm back playing full contact AFL again. I highly recommend Rachel to enhance quick recovery.
After dealing with a chronic shoulder injury for 6 months, Rachel was able to identify the main areas to target. I felt instant relief after the first consultation and the release of tension in the muscles has been amazing. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and her passion and enthusiasm for her profession is evident.
Rachel is just amazing, highly recommended, she ensured I was comfortable with every needle - first-time customer here! Came in for lower back problems, and after getting out of that table, I can already feel the difference. She definitely will accommodate your problems.
Rach is amazing at what she does, and is so down to earth. I have control issues, and she made me feel at ease. I told her how to best needle me for my acupuncture so I didn't tense up and make it harder for her, and she took that on board and it worked. I'll definitely be going back regularly to do preventative work.
Rachel is very good at pinpointing and alleviating areas of pain quickly and getting you back to training again. Highly recommended.
