Rachel was a joy to work with and was very skilled in all her help with our closing checking every detail very closely. She was readily available through text or email even when she was out of the country for a few days! After closing as some issues came up, she was still there for us helping in anyway she could and offering support. I highly recommend using her as your realtor.
Rachel was very helpful to us in the purchase of our new house, especially at closing. This was new construction, she provided helpful advice, anticipating problems. Rachel is responsive, professional and easy to work with. At closing, she worked closely with the attorney, the seller’s agent and ourselves to be sure all went smoothly and our interests were protected. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. We met Rachel at her office in Highlands and she could of been nicer and more welcoming as we entered. We discussed what we were looking for and she gave us numerous options in the area.
