I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tai. She is very thorough in her explanation of issues, and always takes the time to respond to all my questions, which at times can be very many. Her Assistant Ashley, I believe her name is, is also very warm and welcoming and thoughtful. I would recommend Dr. Tai every day of the week and twice on Sundays!!!
Dr. Tai and her staff are absolutely wonderful. She listened to everything I had to say and addressed it all. She showed empathy and concern for the multiple things I came in with. She's awesome!
A shame there isn't a category for 0 or less... a completely dispassionate, unprofessional, inattentive individual who would be best suited as far away from other humans as possible. Nothing holistic about her practice; treats her patients like vermin; chooses not to review or acknowledge evidence presented and makes routinely poor decisions that negatively affect patients.
If I could give no stars I would. Rachel Tai is very disrespectful and rude. From Day 1, she was even rude to my boyfriend, who was not even her patient. This lady does not care about her patients well being. Very disgusting attitude. SO DONE WITH MOUNT CARMEL
Dr. Tai and her assistant Michelle are hands down amazing woman. I'm excited I chose them from a list of 60+doctor in Columbus for Mount Carmel hospital. If you're new to all this like I was. These two making you feel confident and comfortable they Will walk with you on your journey...
