Dr. Kelsey was so comforting and kind during my visit where I had to say goodbye to my baby. She let me have all the time I needed and made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout the process. Dr. Kelsey took the time to explain the X rays of my cat and the options I had. If possible I would leave negative Stars. My dog died and I can't help but think it's possibly because they turned him away because it was too close to closing time for them and they were ready to go home. Not only will I not bring my animals back here ever I will make sure all of my friends and anyone I can possibly tell to not bring their dog or pet here. All they care about is their time clock they don't give a crap about an actual animal.
The staff were pleasantly friendly and helpful in attending too my pet and I would recommend them to anyone who has to take a pet in for ER care.
Taken all 4 of my animals here. Great service and good prices.
