Came in for emergency visit, they said they were full but still managed to get me in I’m sure now I was overreacting but they took care of my baby in the most gentle way I’ve ever seen and made me feel like she was 100% in safe arms Thank you!! She is feeling miles better
We had a minor emergency with our Golden Retriever and were not able to get into our regular veterinary clinic so they referred us to Creature Comforts. They had an opening and we were able to get in very quickly. The staff was very professional and loving with Luke. They were able to diagnose his condition and treat him right away. I would highly recommend their services!
They are supper friendly and nice. Was able to get my dog in right away. Spent no time waisted to make shore she was ok.
I can’t say enough great things about Creature Comforts Vet in Ankeny! I have a reactive dog, and the entire team treated her with such patience and care. They gave her time to warm up, never rushed the process, and made sure she felt safe and comfortable throughout the visit.
