Terrible customer service and receptionist. This place is terrible called today to try to get appointments so I can get heartworm for my dogs. This place refuses to let me bring my dogs at the same time. I'm a veteran with ptsd insomnia and I hate leaving my house. They also refuse or the receptionist isn't smart enough to set 2 different appointments at the same time for my 2 dogs with 2 different vets. Terrible. Monday, Creature Comforts was able to accommodate my same day appointment request as my dog was lethargic and had gotten sick to her stomach. What I had prepared myself for, being a conversation about surgery to remove a known bladder stone we were monitoring, took a different direction that still leaves me shocked. Unfortunately our beloved by many Wrigley had an extensive spleen tumor and was bleeding. Dr. Miller was amazing with our pup and let our kids be involved! You can tell the workers truly care about the animals here. They lay it all out and answer any and every question you might have.
They moved around their schedule so they could get my dog in that same day! I appreciate this more than they know!
Got my sweet boy in on a Saturday with very short notice. Thankful they were able to offer the help and insight he needed on such short notice. Great staff, service, and experience!
