I want to start by saying that Dr Rachel Saunders Pullman is a great Neurologist and is great for my Mother’s Parkinson's disease and her treatment. However, recently we have experienced 2 very upsetting experiences at the office at Union Square and now the new location on 57th Street. My mother has been a patient for over 15 years for her Parkinsons disease. She has never been late for an appointment or rescheduled and made ant errors in her scheduled appointments in the past. Dr. Saunders-Pullman is wonderfully professional,,caring, patient and empathetic. I’ve never felt rushed or ignored. She and the fellows that work with her are always open and receptive!
Dr Saunders-Pullman and the entire staff at “movement disorders” are very attentive, aware and accommodating for patients conditions and treatment. This group also supports research in advancing understanding and treating Parkinson’s syndrome. Thank you all for maximizing and maintaining my ability to be active.
