Long overdue review but we’ve been going to Rachel’s for a few years now. She dyed my husbands hair icy blonde and did a fantastic job!!! Also cuts my son’s hair and has permed it.
I am loving my new hair! Angela did such a great job to fix my hair color and cut. She listened to my concern and did her magic. I think I found my hair salon!
This place is awesome! Hair stylists are great, VERY clean, and they do not overcharge like other salons in Scottsdale, Phoenix, etc. Rachel’s really is a hidden gem. I got my roots dyed and a haircut, service was fast and she did a great job on the cut, even though I gave very little instruction on what I wanted (I’m indecisive).
