I wouldn't recommend her if you are looking for someone that is willing to try what works for you and educate you instead of just pushing medication on you and not helping you get educated on what works for you. She never even talked to me before she ordered insulin, an oral medication which i had horrible side effects from, and never even went over any of this. Very happy I chose Rachel. Very fast and easy to get an appointment with. She's very tentative and takes your concerns serious then comes up with a plan to address the concerns and alleviates any worries. She's truly great.

She is such an amazing NP. I have terrible white coat syndrome and I usually always feel judged when I go to the dr. Not this time. She was so kind and compassionate. I now bring my entire family to her. If that isn’t a sign of trust, I don’t know what is.

Rachel is amazing! When my doctor left the practice, I was concerned I wouldn’t get the same care. But from the first time I met Rachel, she was compassionate and really took the time to help me understand the steps I needed to take and what to expect with my illness. She’s always responsive when I send questions in My Chart and makes sure my concerns are addressed. I never feel rushed at an appointment or dismissed without discussing my needs.

I was seeing cnp Rachel rogan for a chronic pain issue. After my pain MGMT Dr made me leave his office for a false threat. Ms Rogan reassured me that if any problem s arose from him she could help me with no problem. After I came to her wanting to switch doctor s. She would not help me and when I pressed her on why she said I'm dischargeing you from my practice for no good reason.after I begged her for help. She s no good and not a doctor. I would avoid this place and her at all cost s. She not a person you can trust.
